Message:
Kia Ora, The Tainui.com.au Team (TTT) have been on a bit of a break but we’re back into full swing. It’s been sometime since we last sent out an email and thought it was about time we did. There have been plenty of things happening within the Maori Community in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast so we will try to keep you as well informed as we can. To do this we need your help. Please send us details of what is happening where you are. No detail is too big or small or insignificant. Send us an email to panui@tainui.com.au and we will share with everyone what is happening in your neck of the woods.

We also welcome you letting us know what you would like to see more of on Tainui.com.au. We have had a large number of newly registered users and not all are of Tainui descent. Although Tainui.com.au has been set up to keep our people informed both in Australia and abroad, it would seem that we are also able to offer our Whanaunga from other Iwi some much needed support and information that helps them have a sense of home and whakawhanaungatanga that only those that live away from Aotearoa can truly appreciate.

Please remember to log in with your login details, this will help us out a lot in getting a better idea of user statistics and you will be able to take full advantage of all the features on Tainui.com.au. Come visit us regularly for updates and current events.  Forgotten your username and/or password, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do to help you get re connected.

Last year as part of our fundraising initiatives for the lead up to our Brisbane Tainui Ball, TTHT held a Contemporary Maori Arts Raffle. After very popular demand we are having another. The MAORI ART RAFFLE are framed Maori art prints on fabric and look very striking on a large open wall. Visit the website to get a better idea of the type of art work up for grabs. There are three prizes in total and tickets are now available at only $5.00 each with a limited circulation of only 100 tickets. Let us know via email if you are interested in tickets.

Also after popular demand we will be holding the ANNUAL TAINUI GOLF TOURNAMENT again this year. This will most likely take place in month of June. Please check our website for updates.
